In order to get the protocol for a study available via URL, I stored the .json file in my Dropbox and placed the dropbox link in the URL requirements for Add Study > From URL.
Doing so produces the following error :
Failed to get study: Failed to decrypt study: Offset and length were out of bounds for the array or count is greater than the number of elements from index to the end of the source collection
The error persists even with different .json files and using different sources of storage (google drive, Dropbox).
Are there certain changes required to be made before posting the json file online? Or are there different steps to be followed in advance?

Hello -

Can you please post the URL that you are attempting to load from?

Matt

Use dl=1 at the end. With dl=0 your URL is pointing to the website and not the actual file.

Hi,

We added a feature to embed a participant ID (PID) to a protocol URL. When you add a protocol from URL, Sensus is expecting something like this:   URL:PID
Leave the PID empty If you don't want to specify a PID. This will look like this:    some_URL_pointing_to_a_protocol:

Let me know if this works for you
Mehdi
