Cite the task description paper

How can we cite the task description paper in our system description paper?

Hi Andrew,

For the time being just include a reference to the Task (number, name, organisers, etc.) and later when the SemEval committee release the official BibTeX, please ensure to that you update the camera-ready draft accordingly, by no later than Mon 1 May 2017.
