Hi, All I am new to the Automation world especially Selenium what I am in love with.

what is the selenium certificate if any also who is the vendor provide Exam and certificate

 please respond thank you

There is no official Selenium certification. Third party ones aren’t enforced and not worth the paper they’re printed on.

Yeah, I understand. Since the person who has asked the question is looking for a certification in Selenium, I have provided the reference of the same. 

I understand the biased context that you are referring to, but no. I have provided a source.  It is officially by LambdaTest, which has a rigorous test and exam pattern for the certification. As a result, the certificate states, LambdaTest Certified Professional.

It's completely your choice if you want to opt for it or not.
