IE 11. This is the initial start page for the WebDriver server. Stuck for Execution

I am new user to Selenium and not able to pass through this Initial Page for IE. 

"This is the initial start page for the WebDriver server" execution stucks here.

Configuration - 

Java - 1.8.65

Browser - IE 11

Machine - Windows7 - (64 - Bit)

IE Driver - 64-bit

IE Configuration -

IE 64 bit

Security Zones settings (Protected Mode Enables for all zones)

Zoom - 100%

Can anybody provide urgent help ? Thanks in Advance.

My Code:

System.setProperty("webdriver.ie.driver", "C:\\IEDriverServer.exe");

WebDriver driver = new InternetExplorerDriver();

driver.get("https://www.google.com/");

Please post the error message; so that we can assist. Also make sure you have Selenium webdriver package installed and also the IE driver exe path is correct.

IE browser is getting opened with message as below.

"This is the initial start page for the WebDriver server".

After this if I have step to pass URL -  driver.get(" URL to get to my website") .

But the URL which I gave through .get is not opening.

Hii..

Try making changes in Internet options.

Go to settings in ie explorer. There you have internet options.

Click on it.

A window Internet properties is displayed.

Click on Security tab. There make sure that all the internet, intranet, etc 'enable protected mode' checkbox is disabled or not. If it is enabled, it should be enabled for all 4. if it is disabled, it should be disabled for all 4.

In privacy tab, enabling the popup blocker is optional. If it is working for above scenario, then no need of this, else you have to turn off.

It is client machine and not able to modify IE settings. Need admin permission to modify those. Getting admin permission is not possible.

Do we have any code to handle this?

it shud be in protected mode .

nothing affects the system..
