Difference between isElementPresent and isVisible in Selenium RC

i have couple of questions on selenium
 
1. when we do a mouse over on an element,how can we capture the text on mouse over.
2. Difference between isElementPresent and isVisible in Selenium RC.
3. How to get the colour of the text using selenium webdriver

(1): - Actions action = new Actions(driver);
       action.moveToElement(Element).build().perform();
       driver.findElement(By.linkText("Hindi")).getText();

 (2): - Is ElementPresenmt means, either the element is present on the page (Does't matter it's enabled or disabled)
         IsVisible means, element is enabled or disabled
