Hi :) 

I have an error like that "SessionNotCreatedError: session not created: Chrome version must be between 71 and 75" and I cant run my ui automation e2e tests protractor.I updated everything but doesnt work. 

I tried that using old version of chrome but it updated automatically itself again, I stop google update from services and it doesnt work, I deleted updateconfig.json from node_modules/protractor/webdriver.. etc. 

Can anyone help me? :) 

Node : 11.11.0

Proractor : 5.4.2

Chrome : 76

What specifically are you looking for? The error message plus your configuration is telling you the problem: you are trying to run the tests on an invalid Chrome/Chromedriver configuration. Have you had any luck updating Chromdriver? 

If you wanted to disable updates for Chrome it also depends on what OS you are using.

Thank you so much for answering.Yes I updated chrome/chromedriver and all but I cant run the command "ng e2e" again. I have windows 10 pro.

I want that use chrome and protractor. I install chrome 73 and it worked once but then does not work because it updated itself again to 76.

webdriver-manager update Should install latest version of chrome webdriver , if you still have issues after that try uninstall protractor , install again and run webdriver-manager update command.
