Selenium IDE support to New Tab

Hello,

I am facing issue with tab switching using selenium IDE. 

When I Click on One button action  then it is opening it into new tab so i want selenium control to new tab.

Can any one help me here

hi. see screenshot below how i did:

1. when Click command used you need to open that arrow icon which opens dialog window:

1.1 select "New Window Configuration Enabled" checkbox

1.2 specify window name (in my case it is 'tab1)  - this is for new tab which open with your click

2. you need to save your main tab as root which you will use to switch back later. 

3. select window - here you will specify you window name for your new tab (see screenshot)

Hey in My case it is not working. It's showing error for 3rd tab

selectWindow on handle=${win6481} Failed:15:41:17

No such window locator

what u need is to refresh context or start searching from driver
