Issue with Firefox and IE

Please help me with this.

Firefox and IE driver open the browser window behind the previously opened windows (When running in parallel). Below is the screenshot:

But in Chrome it always opens a new window does not overlap

How can I create the same behavior in Firefox and IE ?
