ERROR IN SELENIUM - PYCHARM

Hi, Please I need assistance to figure this out.

I wrote a simple selenium automation script using python to target the below web element, but I keep getting this error in the image below.

The script is able to call the url and login as well. but after login it is supposed to call the below web element.

The web element is one of the navigation menu buttons.

Please advise.

You can use the a tag element and click for navigating to the link

you can use waitforelement method

In my opinion, when you click the login button, you have to wait until the loading is completed by moving the page or converting the page.
