Issues installing chrome on RHEL5

I am using RHEL as a virtual machine on Ubuntu for eclipse and though I was able to run the firefox browser sucessfully, I do not have chrome on my RHEL5. I tried looking at the internet for downloading chrome on RHEL5 but I am running into lot of issues. Do you have a guide to install chrome on RHEL5 running on Ubuntu?
