Hi there,

I've been trying to set up a selenium node on a MacOS EC2 instance. I can get it to register ok with the Selenium server but tests fail as it returns an error as follows

Capability 'proxycould not be honored.

Unfortunately our setup means that we do need to use a proxy.
Has anyone got the proxy capability to work with safardriver?

Alternatively, has anyone achieve this by setting environment variable for the proxy configuration instead?

Thanks
Andy

As far as I know, Safari driver just doesn't support proxy. I just ignored those tests that need proxy.

What proxy do you need? Maybe you can just set the proxy on the system level on the Mac instance or configure BrowserMob proxy with code, instead of trying to use proxy support with SafariDriver?

That's great, I configured the proxy on the system level and it works fine. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for that. Setting the securewebproxy and webproxy on the MacOS level worked well. Thanks for your help.
