Not Able to interact with Modal Window Dialog using Selenium WebDriver

Hello,

I am using Selenium WebDriver for a Web Application Automation and there Exists an Modal Dialog Window which can't be accessed and not able to perform any operations like 

driver.findElement etc.

Hi, first check how many window handles does it show. Next check if there are any iframes or does it show from firepath spy. If it shows top window there there is only one window and focus will automatically get onto to the model window else you have to use either switch to or alert to access it.
