I repaired my Bosch dishwasher - the detergent dispenser door was broken.
I bought the OEM part of Amazon.
I also repaired a Maytag dishwasher's door spring - OEM from Amazon sold by the Amazon Maytag store.
Both repairs were a success.
The Maytag's heater wasn’t working - so I bought a new heating element.
But it turned out the heater was fine - so was every other part I tested - including the circuit board etc.
Once I found the service manual - I learnt that the dishwasher’s heater turns off if a fault is detected - and won’t heat until rebooted.
I concluded that a fork fell into the bottom of the dishwasher blocking the water level sensor.
So the dishwasher never got a good water level and then turned off heating.
My point - get the service manual - and make sure it is the pressure sensor.
