Good morning everyone,
I'm in need of an IT lawyer to write a liability waiver/ disclaimer for a mobile app I made.  I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for anyone in Madison, or at least licensed in Wisconsin with experience in writing such things.
Any help is appreciated,
Josh Carson

Hello Josh,

You might want to check out Peyton Engel @ Hurley Burish - very knowledgable in wide spectrum of IT matters, respected firm and he's simply a great guy.

Cheers,

Hi Josh,
I worked with Jeff Lomprey at Foley for IP law when I was at a large Madison company.  Probably not cheap, but he and his associates were better than other firms I’d had experience with.  He could probably connect you to someone with specifically IT waiver experience.

There are also services like termly.io

It's usually less expensive to have an attorney review a document than pay them to create one from scratch.
