Moving Calculator to Home Screen on iPhone 10

My talented lsitmates,

Any iPhone users?

Any still using iphone 10?

I’m trying to help a friend with an older iPhone. They want to
move their Calculator App on to their Home Screen. Everything I've
read/watched suggests you just press on Calculator and either choose Move
to Home Screen or choose Move To or hold your finger down on the Calculator
App and simply drag that icon to the hone screen holding your finger down
on Calculator the entire time.



None of that works on his iPhone 10.



Apple Accessibility had no further suggestions.

Anyone recall how they used their iPhone 10 to accomplish this task?

I’m using an Xs, I was able to hold my finger on the calc icon unit it started shaking, then I was able to move it. Worked pretty much the same as my wife’s iPhone 15. You have to hold your finger on it for 5+ seconds
