One UI 7 - needed?

I read and see both pros and cons of updating One Ui to my Samsung A14.

I don't care re: using the latest swipe or that I can see Tik-Tok in 5D.

You read the usual fear tactics that the sky will fall if you don't have the latest whatever.''

Have you found any site based on reason and not just $$$ driven fear mongering by some "influencer"?

Usually the only reason to update the operating system is to patch a security flaw.  You can find update notes by searching:

I looked for "samsung A14 firmware release notes" and it was the first result on Google.

I don't; see UI or UI 7 listed on those notes.

This message pops up as soon as I power up the cell.

It pops upthroguutthe day.

There's so much nefarious software or $$$$-making software I don't know if this UI is needed or not?
