This is a very cool utility written by a member of the s100 group that can decompress files that used various techniques from "back in the day".  Click on the link for 'source' and download '80un.com'. Be sure to read 'README' for all the info.  The program was written / compiled using PLM.

Using any of the old programs (SQ, ARC, LU, PACK, etc.) from back in the day.

This program was written to undo all of the various old compression methods.  A lot of software available on the innerwebs was saved using these old methods and they're not compatible with one another.
