All this means is that at some point in time a piece of malware was identified within the vtda.org software repository, and Malwarebytes has subsequently blacklisted the entire site.

I just tested downloads from http://www.vtda.org/pubs/REMark/ on a PC running Kaspersky Internet Security, and no red flags were raised other than the obvious "this is not a secure site".
