I was going to attend (and had reserved two tables), but then had two bouts of pneumonia (in July and Aug). With the current covid-19 delta surge, and so many people not vaccinated or wearing masks, I've decided it's best for me not to attend.

I've informed Jason T VCFMW that I won't be coming. But if someone does want to exhibit, you can contact him and see if our tables are still available.

Sorry to hear that you not be attending VCF Midwest this year,

BUT I understand the reasons.

Illinois (and DuPage county) returned to mandatory masks indoors, about 10 days ago.

FIVE DAYS TO GO!

Hello classic computer fans - VCF Midwest 16 is almost upon us!  This should be our last email before the show, so let's see what's on the agenda.

Dates and Times: VCFMW16 will open at 9am on Saturday, 9/11 and run until the late hours.  We'll open up again at 9am Sunday and run until 4pm.  Many exhibitors and vendors will start packing up an hour or two before then, so if you come after lunch on Sunday, you'll miss a lot.

Antivirus (COVID-19) Protection: VCF Midwest will be observing all regulations set by the state of Illinois and our host venue.  And that means: face coverings(masks) will be required at all times when indoors!  You don't like it, we don't like it, but it's what we've got to do.  If you forget yours or need an emergency replacement, we'll have some on-hand at the Shirts Table.

If you are feeling ill this week, we will miss you, but for everyone's safety, please do not attend the show!

We will also be providing hand sanitizer station throughout the show floor.
