I don’t know of anyone local, but I’m talking to this guy about getting my boards recapped/cleaned:

I can’t vouch for him personally, but he seems to have good reviews and is responsive to emails.
Shipping is the major complication, though. If you find someone local, I’d be interested if I need someone for the future.

That looks like a surprisingly clean break and very repairable. The hardest part for me would be figuring out which direction the connector goes since I am not an SE/30 guy.
I have a ton of soldering stuff and if access with a soldering iron is easy this would be a quick job. I’m in Queen Anne.
