Ruby Gem for Petfinder's new-ish V2 API

Hi Everyone

I wrote a gem awhile back for Petfinder's V2 API.   You can get an API key here:  https://www.petfinder.com/developers/ and start rescuing some animals!   If you have time to play with the gem, feedback is definitely appreciated.

Hi Benjamin, hope you well, 

I wonder if you are part of the organizers for SD RUBY community events, but we would like to hold some events in San Diego for Ruby developers that would like to take part in working in Japan program to have an interesting experience working in a different culture environment. 

so probably we could work together in future to host this kind of events about work in Japan as a Software Engineer.
