Looking at the screenshot where you're seeing that message, it looks like a bad decode. You're getting mostly SYNC LOSS which means the decoder is not decoding the signal and where you are getting messages, like the example that you posted, the messages all have errors meaning. Anytime you see 'CRC FAIL', that means the message has errors and you should ignore those messages.
I don't see the signal in the waterfall for the channel that you selected to show messages ... I'd guess that you have either a poor quality signal or a tuner that needs PPM adjustment, producing the messages in your screenshot.
It looks like you're programming all of the individual channels for a trunked system ... normally you just setup one channel for the control channel frequency and sdrtrunk will automatically create the additionall traffic channels. By decoding the control channel, the monitored system will tell sdrtrunk when it has calls on the other channel frequencies and sdrtrunk does that work for you.
