Trouble getting SDC to work

Hello all,

I'm new to RTTY contesting. I'm an avid CW contester and have

run SDC SO2R with CW skimmers without any issues.

I'm running SmartSDR 4.1.5 and SDC 19.05x64.

Station: Flex 6600, PGXL, TGXL, AG. WIN 11

In CQ WW WPX RTTY now, running QRP - SO2R. PGXL and TGXL are off.

I have intermittent RTTY output. PTT is initiated, text sent, but no RF output.

DAX TX STREAM is yellow with "mouse over" note "The Transmit DAX channel is enabled,

 but another computer is using the stream" No other Flex type apps running (Slicemaster,

 FRStack3, etc). I have restarted Flex, computer and all apps.

I also have DIGI Modem 1 and 2 for RTTY. I lose connection Modem waterfall in New QSO1 or 2

window. What seems to make it work again is going to New QSO 1 (or 2)settings and

changing  SLICE from 1 to 2, then back to one and APPLY.

I also lose connection to DIGI skimmer spots. When this happens 

DAX IQ 1 and 2 are yellow. I can click on the IQ 1 stream in DAX turn it off and back on 

and Skimmer will restart. All IQ sample rates set at 96000

I think I have something mis-configured or possible DAX corruption?

Then every once in awhile it works :) I'm going to reload DAX and re boot everything again.

I disabled Windows 11 Core Isolation. Restarted everything -  initial startup of SDC all was working.

I made RTTY Q's. WHen I started SKM server and Skimmer 1 and 2, DIGI modem 1 and 2 stopped working.

Was another slice open somewhere and using DAX TX ?

SDC does not use SmartSDR-DAX and SmartSDR-CAT. If you plan to participate in the SDC Contest, it is best not to run these SmartSDR modules at all. If SmartSDR-DAX is running, do not interfere with what is happening in this window, as you may intercept functions in this window and close them for SDC.

You also do not need to run additional SDC-DIGI modems. In the New QSO windows, modems are launched automatically, and additional modems may cause conflicts.
