Mac version "is damaged "

Today , after successfully configuring my Windows 11 PC , I thought I would do the same for my Mac Mini 2 .  I downloaded the latest SDC for Mac OS  and the Mac said the file was "damaged " , see attached screenshot.   I am using Mac OS Tahoe 21.6

Perhaps it  did not download correctly, I tried to download it twice, same results .  Perhaps it never made it to the Mac  applications folder .  It is in download.
