Requesting you to kindly restrict the society access for my tenant flat no #52135 phase 3

Dear all,

I am Dr Sunny Anand Owner of flat no #52135,13th floor sobha dream acer. 

This is to inform you and get your advice on this very strange situation which i am facing currently. I had rent my flat with JONES asset management company in 2025 July onwards. With me they had rental agreement for 11 months I.e till may 2026.

The jones asset management had given my flat for lease to VINEETHA MENON. Now that assest management is absconding. They have not paid my rent since February 2026 onward. There is no contact from the company. I formally and via lawyer also intimated her to vacated my flat. Even i went personally to meet them. Verbally that time she and her husband Jones Andrew said like they will vacate by July. But now they are not responding to calls or messages.  Everytime its not possible me to come bangalore and meet them.

I have blocked their access to my gate app but though they are getting things done. At gate security guard are allowing all delivery agents and other to go through without my gate approval. 

Kindly request you to suggest me and what has to be done from my side. I need my flat vacated.

Dear Association President/ Secretary Sir,

I would like to disconnect my flat electricity supply from immediate effect due to some personal reasons. 

Requesting you to kindly disconnect my flats electricity.
