This is to bring to your notice that majority of the MC members have expressed their displeasure and no confidence in our president because of his non collaborative action. So based on majority MC votes (75%) per DoD we have decided to call for RO and a fresh election to be conducted. Post RO is selected by the current association MC members, the current association will be dissolved.

Could you please clarify who nominated and timing, they sent nomination.  Who sent nomination before 6PM. 

As last election, some current association members took their nomination back and entered backdoor entry. 

Can you please tell where in DOD it is mentioned no confidence motion against President for Vice President selection. 

As per DOD, it only says remove office bearer by President  but nowhere it says removal of President itself.

I am referring Sobha Dream Acres palms spring DOD. I am not sure which ne your referring.  Please clarify. 

As resident,  Subbu will be President, until clear explanation is given. Also Subbu elected by residents not backdoor entry.

I would like to make a sincere request to both the current and previous association members.

How long are we going to continue this blame game? Every year, we see almost the same set of people in the association, and whenever new members come forward to serve, they often become the target of criticism.I appreciate the decision taken by Mr. Subramanyam, as it sets an example of taking responsibility. If we continue to criticize and discourage those who volunteer, no new residents will be willing to join the association in the future.My question is simple: if the same people continue to hold positions year after year, how will Phase 3 ever see meaningful change? We should allow the elected members to carry out their responsibilities. If anyone is unhappy with the way things are being handled, I believe the better approach is to contribute constructively or step aside rather than continue the cycle of blame.Our community deserves cooperation, mutual respect, and positive participation from everyone. Let us focus on working together for the betterment of Phase 3 instead of creating unnecessary divisions.

Phase 3 has never grown up because of family business.

Some people seem more interested in commenting than understanding the ground reality. I seriously wonder whether they think before talking or sending emails. Please grow up and stop behaving like children.The email I sent was addressed to all association members and residents. I did not mention or target any individual. If someone still feels the need to continue the same argument, that’s their choice.I have enough common sense not to disturb other residents. I believe the person concerned already knows exactly who my reply was intended for.

I am impartial regarding any nomination. I considered only those nominations that were submitted before the deadline. A few members — unhappy with the process — have started a no-confidence motion against the President, which I find unacceptable. Had other nominations been received by 6:00 PM, I would have considered them as well. I simply followed the prescribed process.

Hi Subrahmanyam,

If a second nomination was received after the deadline and the majority of the board members wish to consider it, the president cannot unilaterally block it. The collective board holds the authority to vote on whether to accept a late submission. Hence here it shows your partiality. 

The call for a no-confidence motion is a legitimate and lawful response by the majority when the democratic consensus of the board is being bypassed in favour of unilateral decisions.

Running a resident association relies entirely on the voluntary spirit of the community. When a new member steps forward with an intention to join and serve the association, we should be welcoming their participation and rejecting a new candidate with such minor points only serves to discourage residents from volunteering.

I followed the procedure to select Nomination for the Vice President.It appears you worked with the Association during 2023–2024; please check with your team why the MIS is missing the GST expenses in the maintenance calculation for Dec 2023–Sep 2024 and report back. When I reviewed the 2023 MIS up to Nov 2023, the GST expenses row was present. If possible, please call your team and any previous Association members so we can discuss this together with the residents.

You are absolutely right, Anil.

Unfortunately, our "innocent and honest" President seems to invite only selective residents to these meetings. It gives the impression that these are closed-door discussions rather than meetings intended for the benefit of the entire community.

It is also concerning that even no other association members present  during these meetings.

Despite being present during the meeting with the Auditor and Accountant, he has not been able to clearly explain the Auditor's findings to the residents. This raises questions about whether the discussions and observations were fully understood or communicated accurately.

If the discussions are genuinely in the interest of the entire community, they should be transparent and inclusive, with every resident given an equal opportunity to participate.

Selective participation only raises questions about the intent of the meeting and undermines confidence in the process.

Can check the attendees list sent by Praveen. Don't you see current treasurer in the list ?

My dear “Genius Random Noise” Partha, since you seem to have developed a sudden memory loss about this topic, let me repeat it once more, slowly and clearly.

I have already replied to Praveen’s MoM email regarding the auditor’s findings, where it was clearly mentioned that there is a shortfall between Tally and MIS for the period from December 2023 to September 2024, which still remains unanswered by you and your team.

If you still have any doubts, please check with the current Treasurer, who can prepare the income and expense details for that period and clarify why your team did not include GST expenses from December 2023 to September 2024, when they were being accounted for until November 2023.

Furthermore, I have already informed that any resident has the right to access the Society’s financial information from both the Accountant and the Auditor.

If you still wish to discuss this further, please come to the next GBM meeting; we can go through everything in detail there.

Partha, I had called you on that day as well, but you did not attend the meeting.

Please check with the other association members regarding why they did not join.

I have already given my explanation in my previous email. Please review it again,  current Treasurer, who has the complete understanding of the matter, he served as Secretary that time who is close to you.

Still I am saying Previous Association delayed signature, not Praveen alone That does not mean the person concerned was not eligible to apply or be selected for the VP role. Also, if you had the same concern, you were free to apply as well.

Going forward, I prefer to keep the discussion focused on facts and avoid unnecessary noise. I will not be engaging further in unproductive exchanges.
