Download ScyllaDB rpm or tar.ball distributive

Hello!
How to download scyllaDB for server without internet access? is it possible  to download  offline installer or may be it's possible to configure local RHEL satellite  for scylladb repo?

Hello! I tried already , but  without result.
documentation from your URL - For my RHEL 7, I select this line

 ./dist/offline_installer/redhat/build_offline_installer.sh \
--repo https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.scylladb.com/rpm/centos/scylla-$VERSION.repo

in practice, I checked URL
https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.scylladb.com/rpm/centos/scylla-$VERSION.repo
then
https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.scylladb.com/rpm/centos/scylla-2.0.repo

URL from scylla-2.0.repo repo file 
https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.scylladb.com/rpm/centos/scylladb-2.0/$releasever/$basearch
or
https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.scylladb.com/rpm/centos/scylladb-2.0/7/x86_64
returns with error -

It is very sad to know , that Scylladb doesn't provide tarball installation.

Also rpm files are also not downloadable. 

We have boxes which can not connect to internet.  Not sure how to proceed on this?

 

Scylldb claims that it is drop in replacement of Cassandra but at first step I am stuck ?  Cassandra comes with tar ball installation that is very quick and easy installation. 

Hope Scylladb  people will see  my comment  and take action.
