Wisconsin Card Sorting Test Question

I need someone with a WCST manual to look up some scores. 

There are 4 supplemental scores on the WCST that are highlighted in yellow at the bottom of the attachment. One of the possible scores is >16%. What are all of the possible percentage scores for this four items from the manual?
