I wanted to share our homemade event planning template (which we use primarily for community service and outreach events) that might be helpful to others. I've attached an annotated PDF, and you can also view or copy the Google Doc here:

(As a heads-up, Google Sheets isn’t great for tables. Once you start filling out the tables, they will overlap in a *really* annoying way. But it’s a starting point, until we come up with something better.)
I would appreciate any suggestions or ideas folks have for this kind of document.
