Hello all,

In the past we've had a really arduous process to get our media releases home to parents at multiple schools and back again.  I am wondering if anyone has any helpful tips or tricks for streamlining the process.

I found a thread on this forum from 2016 that shared a process similar to ours, but we could really use some innovative ideas for getting media waivers to 3000+ students in ~19 schools before we start programming again in fall.

Thanks in advance for any ideas you can share!

Peace & health,

Lauren

Hi Lauren,

In this age of technology (most have smart phones), I would highly recommend a QR code with your waiver.
Send that code home via paper or out via school communication (email) and encourage the teachers to promote a “100% waiver return reward” for each class.

There are several options for QR code waiver sites.

Here’s one:

But I’m sure you will find many more out there.

Hope this helps!

Have you tried a Google Doc?  Cuts out the back and forth of the paper.
