Anyone got a lifting eye rod lying around? I just removed my rusted semi-permanent eye and was hoping to avoid that job in the future by finding a lifting eye rod someone doesn't want anymore.

Cheers,

Adam,
My name is Bob Bartle and have sailed in the 27 fleet for years and have hull 104 in my yard at home, for sale. I am curious how there can be two. IMG_44831.jpg
It was  originally orange and owned by Skip Ely which explains the change to ble to match the SC-52 Elyxir.

This is a fine strong boat and if you know anyone looking, it is available and I am willing to work on a reasonable price. Has trailer. Thanks,
Bob

Greetings Bob!  I think you might have Hull # 101.  Built in April of 1978.

Somebody check my math please!

Yeah, what they said, I'm pretty sure that HIN means it's hull 101 built in April of 78.

We highly recommend you have a good welder make you a new and better-designed one.  We feel much safer with ours. They have to get the socket welded on very straight. It was very affordable. At least 4 years ago it was.
