SEP 057, which sets a policy for how to make terms in a best practices namespace, appears to have been lying untouched since February.

In the iGEM Engineering Committee, we are moving to start making use of the new assembly term in BP011, which means that we need a decision on SEP 057 one way or another.

Can people please weigh in on whether the proposed approach is acceptable at: https://github.com/SynBioDex/SEPs/issues/125

Thanks,
-Jake

Hello Jake,

Sorry about the delay. We’ve been busy with preparing for IWBDA and the turnover procedure for our new editor. I’ll coordinate with the other editors to send out a draft for voting asap.

Best,
Lukas
