Fahrrad Tour Von Schaumburg Bike Ride Schaumburg's annual Fahrrad Tour Von Schaumburg Bike Ride is Sunday June 7, at 11am, with checkin at 10:30. It is a 5 mile, very slow ride, usually with lots of children, and has lunch afterwards. This year, the ride starts at the Meineke Recreation Center. (The map indicates that the start is at the north end of the park.) Pre-registration on the Schaumburg Park District website is required.

I plan to attend, and ride towards the back, and away from the less predictable youthful riders.  If we have 3 or more riders, this event will count toward club miles.   It is an opportunity to advertise the existence of our club at an event for people that can ride bikes.
