Ride tomorrow

I have been watching weather closely.  All sources do show rain Saturday however you have to look at the rain details.  If you look at the hour by hour forecast details, all show the rain overnight and the earliest hours only.  All show it ending at 6:00 AM and dry after that. I will continue watching closely and will only cancel if the forecast changes.  Be an optimist or we could be saying “oh we should have had the ride, it is beautiful! .  I will give an update tonight and in the morning  LARRY ROWAN

However, If it rains overnight, won't the trail still be wet when the ride starts?

We probably won't make it for the ride tomorrow. We've got the kids for the day and overnight.

I noticed they are having St Patrick's Day activities in East Dundee tomorrow. Some streets closed and probably lots of pedestrians and parking challenges. But doesn't look like anything directly on the trail.

Thanks for the info Wayne.  I will probably cancel because the forecast shows rain up to our start time.  That is too close for comfort.  I will decide after the 6:00 forecast.
