Dear Fellow Mumuxus,
It is immense joy and pleasure that I want to share with you that Param Pujya Bhaishree has agreed to grace us with his presence during the month of June 2024 this year. PP Bhaishree will be coming to the US after a very long 5 years and we will be fortunate to be in his pious presence for about 2.5 weeks. PP Bhaishree will arrive in Wichita the evening of Tuesday, June 4 and leave for India on Saturday, June 22. Accompanying PP Bhaishree from India will be Pujya Minalben, Pujya Vikrambhai and Rohitbhai.
The itinerary for PP Bhaishree has been finalized and I am sharing some pertinent details with you below.
- June 7 to June 10: Shibir in Wichita, KS
- We are requesting mumuxus who will attend the shibir to reach Wichita by 6 pm in the evening on June 6 so that they can get ready for shibir starting the next morning.
- Shibir will last for 3.5 days with Purnahuti in the afternoon on June 10
- PP Bhaishree will leave Wichita on June 11 for an outing in Utah and Arizona on June 11 accompanied by Mumuxus who wish to come to the outing
- We are requesting that Mumuxus who do not want to come to outing should plan to leave Wichita only in the evening on June 10 or before noon on June 11
- June 11 to June 15: Outing in Utah and Arizona
- On June 11, We will be leaving Wichita to fly to Las Vegas around noon. After reaching Las Vegas, we will drive to a town close to Zion National Park
- On June 12, we will visit Zion National Park and stay overnight at the same place
- On June 13, we will visit Bryce Canyon National Park and drive to Page, AZ
- On June 14, we will visit Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and stay overnight in Page, AZ
- On June 15, we will drive to Grand Canyon and then leave for Phoenix
- June 15 to June 17: Satsang in Phoenix
- On June 15, we will arrive in Phoenix in the evening
- On June 16, we will have Swadhyay in Phoenix and PP Bhaishree will grace Mumuxu homes in Phoenix
- On June 17, we will fly to New York from Phoenix
- June 17 to June 22: Satsang in New York
- On June 17, we will arrive in New York late in the evening
- On June 18, we will have PP Bhaishree’s Swadhyay in NY
- On June 19, we will visit BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in New Jersey
- On June 20, Bhaishree will visit Mumuxu families in New York
- On June 21, we will have Swadhyay in New Hyde Park Derasar in New York
- On June 22, we will have an afternoon Swadhyay and then PP Bhaishree will fly back to India
A spreadsheet with the above itinerary is also attached with this email. The cost of the outing in Utah and Arizona from June 11 to June 15 is expected to be approximately $1,000 per person including airline fare from Wichita to Las Vegas and from Phoenix to New York. I will be sending a link to a Google Spreadsheet tomorrow to this group and also via Whatsapp for Mumuxus to tell us which of the above programs will they participate in during PP Bhaishree’s visit to the US in June 2024. In the Google Sheet, we will also want to know whether you will book your own airfare or you will participate in the Group Booking for airfare that Rajubhai is handling.
