Hi,

I tried registering for the 2026 online conference twice, but both times I got a blank page in the final step. After completing the PayPal step it redirected me back to the SARA site to complete the final step (the shopping basket page), and after pressing pay now it went to a blank page. The payment did not go through either time.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Hi Ayushman 

I registered yesterday (for n-person) via PayPal and it worked just fine. Got an acknowledgment of payment from PayPal in my email immediately. Maybe you can log into your PayPal account and see if it processed anything ?

Hi Robert,

Yes, I checked PayPal, and it shows no record of any transaction attempts. I also just tried it on my PC in case it was a Safari issue on the phone, but at the same step, I now receive a server 500 error here:

So it does not seem to be a PayPal issue, as I use PayPal frequently.

Greetings all, 

I tried to do an online registration with PayPal, and the system said it experienced a Severe error, and I should try again later. 

I tried registration with a credit card and it went through right away. If that helps troubleshooting at all? Wende

Thanks for the info. Yes, I was facing the same issue, but I tried registering now and paid by credit card directly instead of PayPal, and it worked.

I have seen this problem in past years, but I don't know how they fixed it (they did fix it, though). Another thing I noticed is not being able to access store items such as mugs and t-shirts any more.?
