I caught a solar flare both optically and with SuperSID

Hi Everyone,

I finally did it!  I caught a solar flare with SuperSID and a telescope with a H-Alpha filter.

Checkout the attached video!

Optical Equipment:  SVBONY telescope 102mm f/6.5 achromat
H-Alpha filter:           Quark Chromosphere
Camera:                   ZWO ASI 174MM
Capture Software:   Sharpcap    
                                 1000 frames video @1/60sec exposure 
                                  every 3 minutes for two hours
Stacking Software:   Autostakkert
Processing software:  IMPPG

I have four attached items:
1) an image from the GOES X-ray satellite with the flare
2) an image from SIDDataGrabber showing the flare from my SuperSID
3) an image from the telescope of the flare recorded at 18:00 UT
4) a video of the whole event

Lucky capture! I've caught them in Ha but tough to be out at the correct moment! Well done! Love all the support data as well! Thanks for sharing!
