Are there still options available to get onto the 3 week program starting 1 - 19 September?

Appreciate your advice asap so I can start making arrangements, medical, insurance and booking flights etc.

Also, do we still have favourable reservation rates at the Maxim, or alternative hotels in Tel Aviv.
