Location – Remote Role

Job Description:
As part of this position candidate should be able to independently handle SAP TM solutions and be a subject matter expert on S/4HANA TM solutions with focus on.
- Transportation Planning topics like Documents and Decisions, Freight Units, Freight Order, Carrier Selection & Tendering, Transportation Units, Normalized Quantities, Planning Strategies, Profiles, and Settings, Manual and Automated Planning and Scheduling and Schedule master data.
- Charge Management topics like Charge Calculation Master Data and Customizing, Contract Determination, Charge Calculation Logic, Strategic Freight Procurement, Charge Settlement and Billing, Carrier Invoicing, Cost Distribution, Charge Calculation Master Data, Charge Calculation Logic, Billing and Settlement, Dispute Management
- Candidates must have expertise in SAP TM areas and to integrate functionality in order to expand the current system footprint.
- Must have experience in SAP S4 HANA basic TM implementation.
- Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed.
- SAP Transportation Management System design and configuration experience including the ability to integrate with other SAP modules (such as FI, MM, EWM and SD)
- Design includes multiple forms of shipment and tracking through organic and 3rd party shippers to build a global solution.
- Responsibilities will include working in a team throughout implementation and supporting business development in the SAP TM area.
- Provide SAP TM expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition.
- Provide configuration data migration interface and functional support as necessary and prepare the relevant documentation.
- Can handle design of TMS interfaces conversion programs reports, RICEFW and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures functional design specifications process flows and test cases.
- Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions.
- Must have at least 7 or more years of SAP experience and possess Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in SAP TM (S4 HANA preferred)
- Must have experience in integration with 3PL non-SAP System integration.
- Strong custom development experience
- Have experience in as is business process implementation with improvements within SAP RISE standards.
- Can handle SIT/UAT, cutover activities and GO Live support.
