rate is $60/hr on c2c
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Strong experience as a ServiceNow developer for the ITSM and
ITOM modules in London/Madrid Instances
• Need to have strong knowledge about the CMDB,Asset,Change,PA,Incident and
Catalog areas
• Work experience in agile based development environments
• Need to Design and develop the stories for the for the different business
owners
• Good experience in Java based development environments
• Good understanding about the ITIL and ITSM processes
•5+ years of experience in the client facing environments
• Expand CMDB/Discovery and Service Desk toolset.
• Identify trends and recurring issues. Proactively tune programs
• Ability to quickly create programs to automated manual task/work
• Ability to leverage existing programs to quickly assess and resolve problems.
• Responsible to work CMDB for Asset management by performing data cleanup
• Developing system documentation for all Applications developed or modified by
Supplier
