Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have of 4 to 6 years in the skill set listed below:

Extensive backend (Oracle or other databases) testing and Data Analysis experience
SQL experience and hands-on ability to apply SQL queries
Demonstrate consultative approach to work with business analysts and engineering teams to solve problems
Participate as core member of Agile team across all planning, analysis, design, development, and testing activities including participation in all scrum ceremonies
Proficient developing test cases for complex domain models such as workflows, data migration and web-based applications
Experience in developing manual QA test suites
Perform detailed test designs using sound software test engineering principals
Develop efficient and effective qualitative methods, measures, and guidelines to continuously improve quality processes and practices
Experience supporting user acceptance testing efforts by user training and developing test artifacts
Experience/Knowledge of Selenium automation framework and experience in running automation test suites
Prior coding experience is preferable (Java, Python, JavaScript, VBA, Groovy, etc.)
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of agile software development and ability to work in agile team environment
