Please find below our direct client requirements, there are no layers in between. Client will ask for On-Site in hybrid work model. We have multiple Senior Devops Engineer roles; we are directly working with client Hiring managers.

Job Title: Senior Devops Engineer

{Hybrid work model (3 days office in week)} 

Location: Richmond/Mclean, VA/Plano, TX/Chicago, IL/New York, NY/Wilmington, DE/Philadelphia, PA 

Duration: Long term contract 

• Develop and maintain AWS Cloud components deployment tools 
• Define and develop Cloud infrastructure with focus on microservices for workloads in AWS 
• Work closely with App Developers to build out CI/CD pipelines and workflows 
• Mastery of infrastructure as code as relates to Ansible 
• Implement systems that are highly available, scalable on the AWS platform 
• 10 years’ experience in deep, hands-on design and engineering background in AWS services including EC2 ECS, EKS, RDS, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch 
• 7 years’ experience in deep, hands-on design and engineering background in Google Cloud Platform services including GCE, GSC, KSM, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, GKE, Stackdriver, IAM, DNS, firewalls 
• 5 years’ experience in container technology and orchestration including AWS ECS, EKS, GKE and Kubernetes Continuous Deployment platforms 
• 5 years’ experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies: Ansible, Terraform 
• 10 years’ Deep experience using version control systems such as Git and Subversion 
• Strong knowledge of configuration management platforms such as ANSIBLE, Terraform 
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins 
• 7 years’ experience working with developers in an Agile methodology environment 
• 7 Years Strong experience with standard server software such as MySQL, Apache, Ngnix 
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deployments to a “0 downtime” production environment. 
• Strong coding skills is preferred in Python, JavaScript, as well as strong command-line and shell scripting capabilities. 
• Communication skills and ability to work in a tight-knit team environment while maintaining a positive can-do partnership attitude is a must. 
• Enjoys protecting a high-visibility target while adhering to a culture of security 
• Bachelor’s degree in CS preferred 
• AWS related current Professional Certifications is desirable
