Job Title:                              Scrum Master

Location:                              Green Bay WI

Duration:                             12+ Months

 

 

• Looking for a scrum master with experience in Agile methodologies and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be a full time scrum master shared by multiple teams.
• Lead the agile ceremonies that are relevant to the effective and productive execution of a Product Delivery team.
• Assist with cross team coordination and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
• Participate in backlog grooming and facilitate sprint planning. Schedule and facilitate the team retrospectives.
• Track progress of work with metrics & action plans. Ensure work is planned and executed according to plan.
• Create per sprint and ad-hoc reports for Leadership.
• Adhere to SOX compliance requirements.
• Owns the sprint along with the Product Owner, Tech lead and System analyst.
• Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
• Must have:
• Experience working on CA Agile Central (Formerly Rally)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience
• Training and certification in Agile software development practices.
