Job Description:
Experience:
· 5 plus years in AMS project handling tickets and change requests for SAP-LE,WM,MM including 2 years as lead consultant.
· 2 plus implementation projects with end to end experience.
· Exposure of SAP IBP S&OP module
· 10-12 years candidate with hands on experience.
SAP functional skills:
· Expertise in Logistics execution (LE), Warehouse management (WMS) ,Materials Management (MM) business processes and configuration comprising of Inbound shipment process, Outbound shipment process, Inter-company STO, Intra-company STO, return to vendor process, customer return process, customer consignment process, vendor consignment process, Standard Procure to pay cycle, account assignment purchase order, Material management master data, Purchase order release strategy, Purchase price determination and condition technique, automatic account determination, Split valuation, Inventory management and stock movements.
· Batch master, active ingredient process, Delivery scheduling and availability check/ATP, batch determination for outbound delivery, shipping/logistics document type controls, item category set up and determination, text determination, partner determination, output type determination, Shipping point determination, route master and determination, Leg determination, Shipment type controls, Shipment cost controls, Shipment cost item determination, Shipment cost price determination, automatic account determination for shipment cost, Shipment cost settlement, Troubleshooting and designing new EDI/ALE interfaces in shipping, transportation.
· Dangerous goods management and Phrase set up, reports related to LE and MM.
· Warehouse master data, Put-way process, Stock removal process with 1 step and 2 step picking, cross-docking, warehouse activity monitor, queue management, Posting change notice, warehouse internal processes, Stock removal and put-away strategies, WMS movement types, Special stocks, cycle counting process, WMS reports, RF configuration, understanding of ITS mobile and RF device.
· Integration knowledge of LE,WM,MM with SD,PP,QM,FI,CO modules.
Requirement 2:
Job Title: SAP MII / ME / DMC Consultant
Duration: 3 Months
Client Location: Jackson, OH
This is a 100% remote job
Roles and Responsibility:
· Strong understanding of the Manufacturing domain.
· Ability to simplify complex problems to drive initiatives.
· Support customer engagement in all software development life cycle phases from consulting to implementation.
· Able to present why Cloud Manufacturing is the future.
· Able to support sales cycle (value proposition/proof of concept).
· Help enable the customer in their transformative journey.
· Establish yourself as a trusted partner with the customer to drive engagement.
· Well-versed with Edge-based computing
Qualifications:
· At least 5 years of manufacturing consulting experience.
· At least 2 full SAP ME / MII project implementation experiences.
· At least 1 SAP DMC implementation / Proof of concept / Pilot
· Must be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision.
· Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Should possess excellent communication/client-facing / Problem solving skills.
· Background knowledge in discrete manufacturing industries
· Exposure to Dynamic Offshore
· Onshore working Model.
· Exposure to SAP ABAP is desired.
· Exposure to SAP PM/PP-PI/QM is desired
