Role: Web sphere Admin
Location: Columbus, OH
Fulltime Position
· Knowledge on Various middleware technologies like WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Apache, Tomcat.
· Knowledge on restarting webservers and application servers and to collect dumps.
· Analyzing memory leaks within the application servers to keep the high availability for the application.
· Planning Load Management (WLM) using clustering techniques including Horizontal and Vertical Clustering for failover and backup/recovery processes.
· Analyzing and resolving Production incidents as part of production break down and datacenter failovers.
· Analyzing Java core and heap dumps to debug the issues in production environment.
· Build auto-monitoring and auto-refresh dashboards that would provide real-time view into the number of transactions and number of users into Chase.com by using Splunk and Dynatrace.
· Configure and route traffic to healthy servers.
· Monitor WebSphere of production application to see if traffic is processed.
· Provide root cause analysis on WebSphere issue and device mechanism
· Provide robust solutions for sustained resiliency.
· Work as a liaison with JPMC monitoring team to make sure appropriate alerting is in place.
· Provide full disclosure on the changes required to alerts and monitor.
· Provide root cause analysis on any alert that the monitoring team is bringing up.
