Position: Salesforce Business Analyst with Telecom Domain Exp

Location: Currently remote

Rate: Open

Duration: 1year contract

Description

· At least 6 years of experience in Information Technology

· Good Experience in Telecom domain especially around Billing, Mediation and Rating

· Familiarity with Products – Matrixx, Digital Route, Kenan Optima will be an advantage

· Experience in QA, automated testing and related tools

· Knowledge of agile principles, value, best practices, and tools

Responsibilities

· Work with client to define the requirements and design approach, milestones etc

· Analyze the different systems, data and processes to identify automation, optimization and improvement opportunities

· Functional testing of the deployed enhancements\defects

· Status reporting in scrum meetings

· Team coordination in global delivery model
