Role: Business/Process Analyst
Location: (Baltimore, MD) (Onsite)

& Job Responsibilities:
This resource will develop and manage
requirements through their full lifecycle by:
*Developing requirement definition documents
*Building as-is process flow documentation
*Collaboratively identify opportunities for increasing process efficiency
*Collaborate with DOIT to negotiate to-be solution(s)
*Develop to-be process diagrams
*Developing use cases
*Developing test cases
*Developing requirement traceability matrices
*Conducting unit testing, ensuring requirements are accounted for before
deliverables are presented to clients for UAT.
*Provide post-implementation support for implemented solutions, escalating
support to DoIT as needed.
Valued Prior Experience:
*Business analysis
*Process analysis
*Process documentation and illustration
*Experience supporting Human Resources Department
*Prior consulting experience
