நெய்த்தோசை வெண்பா

X தளத்தில் இன்று கண்ட நெய்த்தோசையைப் பற்றி அடியேன் எழுதிய வெண்பா :

கல்லின்மீ திட்ட கலவை அதன்மேலே

நல்லதோர் நெய்யை நனியூற்ற - மெல்லுவார்

நாவினிலே ஊறு நறுந்தோசை தோன்றுமே

மாவரையைப் போல்பெருமை வாய்ந்து.

(கல் = தோசைக்கல்; கலவை = மாவு; வரை = மலை)

அருமை.

"சொய்"யென்ற ஓசைவரத் தூநீரைப் பெய்துகல்லில் 

நெய்யூற்றி வார்க்க நெகிழ்தோசை - கையில் 

மணக்கும், சுவையால் மனமயக்கும், வாய்க்குள்

கணக்கும் இலாதுபோம் காண்!
