வடமொழியில் உள்ள அஷ்டலட்சுமி ஸ்தோத்திரத்தைத் தழுவித் தமிழில் நான் எழுதிய விருத்தங்கள்:

1. ஆதிலட்சுமி
(எழுசீர் ஆசிரிய விருத்தம்)

அற்புத வடிவே நற்றவர்க் குயிரே
… அச்சுதன் அகமகிழ் அமுதே 
கற்பகத் தருவே கனகமா நிதியே
… கனிவெழும் குணங்களின் நிறைவே 
வற்புறு வினைதீர்த் துய்யுமா றருள்வாய்
… மறையெலாம் வழுத்திடத் திகழ்வாய்   
பொற்புடை மலர்வாழ் ஆதியந் திருவே 
… புவிமிசை ஆள்கநின் னருளே!

In AshtaLakshmi Stotram, the following description is given for सन्तानलक्ष्मी:
अहिखग वाहिनि मोहिनि चक्रिणि

I used முனிக்கணம் based on this line in திருச்சந்தவிருத்தம் (திருமழிசை ஆழ்வார் அருளிச்செய்தது)
இருக்குவாய் முனிக்கணங்கள் ஏத்த யானும் ஏத்தினேன்
(May be ‘க்’ is used in the Azhwar's song for pattern conformance)

Will change it to முனிகணம்.

நம்மாழ்வார் பாசுரத்தில் 'நிகரிலமரர் முனிக்கணங்கள் விரும்பும் திருவேங்கடத்தானே' ( திருவாய்மொழி 6.10.10) என வருவதும் இங்கு நோக்கத்தக்கது.

What I stated is the standard convention followed in Tamil (so I believe) - when dealing with Sanskrit words.
When both are Sanskrit words, the whole phrase is taken from Sanskrit and then Tamilized.

நன்றி, திரு சுப்பிரமணியன். நடைமுறையில் பழைய புலவர்களில் எல்லோரும் இந்த விதியை ஒரே மாதிரியாக அனுசரித்தது போல் தெரியவில்லை.

இதற்கு என்ன காரணமாக இருக்கக் கூடுமோ? பழைய இலக்கணங்களில் வல்லொற்று மிகுவது குறித்து ஏதும் சொல்லவில்லையா? புதிராக இருக்கிறது!!!

சந்தப் பாடல்களில் விதிவிலக்குகள் அமையும். ஆனால் மற்றப் பாடல்களில் புணர்ச்சி இலக்கணம் சற்றிவர இருக்கும் / இருக்கவேண்டும்.

சில சமயம், ஏடு எழுதுவோர் பிழை செய்திருக்கக் கூடும்.
