[Subbaier Ramasami]

மடித்த உதடு மடங்கிய காது
      மழித்த முகமோ எனும் வண்ணம்
வடித்த கோடு வடிவினில் நீண்டு
       வளர்ந்த மூக்கு யோக நிலை
எடுத்த மோனம் இறைநிலைக் குள்ளே
         இருக்கும் தோற்றம் கவிந்த முடி   
மிடுக்குத் தாடி விளங்கிடும் இந்த
           விந்தைக் குரங்கும் ஒரு ஞானி.

மூடிய கண்கள் மோன நிலை வாய் 

      மூக்கோ வெகுநீளம்!

ஆடிய ஆட்டம் அமையும் என்றே

       அமைதி காண் நிலைமை

நீடிய எண்ணம் நேர்ந்திடு துறவி

        நின்மல நன்னெஞ்சம்

தேடிய யாவும் சேர்ந்த மகிழ்வில்
